QC/Technical Support QC is completely performed in house. Before our QC staff start this job, they have to get a professional training and go through a series of technical examinations. QC Staff 20 to 29 Standards & Approvals ISO 9001 TUV/GS CE EMC LCIE UL ANSI DIN Spool machine spooling in wire rope with adjustable load Testing machine ensuring winch quality control more reliable Materials/Components Motors, stators, rotors, gears, planetary gear systems, steel, cast aluminum, press parts, plastic parts, steel wire ropes, electric codes Procedures/testing Details Follow ISO9001,All materials and components are first inspected by our QC team before being put into production. During every step of production, there are certain staff to completely supervise for key steps. The finished products are checked before and after packaging by QC staff or customers. Other Information We own a professional line pull testing machine, which is designed and made by ourselves and the maximum testing pounds can reach 16,000 pounds.
